Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Prior school or job experience showing proven success
- Ability to work evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability required
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time and lift objects with some assistance
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrated multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
- Basic problem-solving skills for minor maintenance tasks
Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain a commitment to providing great guest service
- Work effectively as a team player and multitask during busy periods
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols diligently
