Job Requirements
- Ability to safely perform job functions in accordance with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
- Physical strength to occasionally lift and carry up to 70 lbs and frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Endurance to stand for extended periods of time
- Manual dexterity proficient in performing repetitive motions with hands and arms
- Fine motor skills for tasks involving grasping, holding, and turning with hands
- Balance and agility to maintain body equilibrium on varying surfaces
- Visual acuity with clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks
Job Duties
- Transport items between departments and assist with supply movement as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of the production staff so they can accelerate their workflow
- Safely load and unload items from delivery trucks or trailers
- Operate and maintain trash compactor equipment to manage waste efficiently
- Receive, organize, and replenish supplies such as hangers, sensors, racks, carts, and bins
