Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-year Porter experience preferred
- previous ground maintenance experience a plus
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to bend stoop and reach frequently
- willingness to follow OSHA standards and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Maintain property grounds
- identify maintenance issues
- conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards
- sweep hallways walkways and entryways
- ensure egresses are accessible and free of clutter
- fix perimeter fencing patios and light fixtures
- assist maintenance staff with routine tasks such as changing light bulbs greasing hinges and moving furniture
- maintain good housekeeping throughout the site
