Job Requirements
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred
- Knowledge of biohazardous waste handling practices
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn

Job Duties
- Clean all common areas according to standards and practices including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- Clean flat surfaces as scheduled or requested by supervisor
- Wipe counters and mop kitchen floors in breakrooms
- Vacuum all exposed areas completely including edges
- Wash and buff floors
- Empty and rinse wastebaskets
- Wash inside of windows as needed
- Maintain apartment and health center discharge rooms
