Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to read, write and understand English
  • ability to use general office equipment
  • excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
  • ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
  • must maintain a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and current auto insurance
  • must comply with all safety requirements
  • required to complete and successfully pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment
  • ability to shovel snow, apply ice melt and operate a commercial snow blower
  • passionate for meticulous curb appeal

Job Duties

  • Remove trash and other debris from office areas and property perimeter on a daily basis
  • assist in the preparation of market ready units
  • pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc
  • assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and/or other inclement weather emergencies, fires, and floods
  • clean available apartments and/or model homes and common areas of the community as directed
  • address property maintenance concerns related to inclement weather conditions
  • promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents always
