Job Duties

Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in a timely manner
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and prep tables
Follow proper food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination and maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen
Empty and dispose of all waste properly
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, as well as maintain a clean and safe working environment
Assist kitchen team with various tasks, such as cleaning and organizing storage areas and other duties as assigned
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager immediately
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
