Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting heavy objects climbing ladders and working outdoors
  • Willingness to work overtime weekends and be on-call for property emergencies
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles or golf carts

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions basic computer skills required
  • Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • Experience in property maintenance or similar roles preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Community maintenance
  • Regular daily onsite attendance
  • Responsible for cleaning trash removal and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas including make-ready units and common areas
  • Respond to resident and management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
  • Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
  • Responsible for daily clean up of the exterior of the community including grounds breezeways and all common areas
  • Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate timely chemical logs
