Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-year porter experience preferred or previous ground maintenance experience a plus
  • ability to perform frequent bending stooping and reaching in all directions
  • ability to walk property grounds for extended periods of time
  • ability to lift up to 30lbs
  • willingness to work in outdoor elements
  • commitment to following OSHA safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-year porter experience preferred or previous ground maintenance experience a plus
  • knowledge of basic maintenance tools and practices
  • ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintain property grounds
  • sweep hallways walkways and entryways
  • ensure egresses are accessible and free of clutter
  • identify and fix perimeter fencing patios and light fixtures
  • maintain good housekeeping throughout the site
  • perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs greasing hinges changing filters and moving furniture
  • conduct all work in a safe manner and in accordance with OSHA standards
