Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to perform physical duties including lifting 100+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working outdoors
- Availability to work overtime, weekends, night hours, and on-call emergencies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills with ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Ability to manage excellent customer service and resident relations
- Experience working in maintenance or property management preferred
Job Duties
- Community maintenance
- Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and all interior and exterior community common areas
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
- Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and community common areas are completed in a timely manner
- Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify, minimize, and correct hazardous property conditions or liability concerns
- Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community while minimizing future repairs
