Job Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent driving record with less than 4 points
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Capable written and oral communication
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to lift 5 to 25 pounds
  • Moderate to high level of physical activity

Job Duties

  • Responsible for moving company vehicles to appropriate location
  • Parking lot organization of vehicles in accordance with lot numbering
  • Responsible for fueling, vacuuming and cleaning/washing company vehicles
  • Perform physical inspections of used vehicles
  • Receive new vehicles – inspection for damage, cleanliness, etc.
  • Assist in the exchange process of vehicles being dropped off or picked up
  • Reconciling vehicle shippers and recording VIN #’s to match with inventory system
  • Shuttle technical personnel between work locations
  • Filing of vehicle paperwork and other office tasks
  • Following all company policies relating to safe driving
  • Other duties deemed necessary by management
