Job Requirements
- Diploma de escuela secundaria o equivalente
- Minimo de 1 ano de experiencia como porteador
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacion
- Capacidad para llevar a cabo discusiones cara a cara con individuos o grupos en todos los niveles profesionales

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a porter
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend or kneel as needed
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, bathrooms and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust as needed to ensure all areas are neat and presentable
- Empty trash containers and replace liners
- Restock bathroom supplies such as soap, paper towels and toilet paper
- Clean doors, windows and other high-touch surfaces
- Respond promptly to spills, messes and tenant requests
- Assist in moving furniture, setting up spaces for meetings or supporting special events
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained in good condition
- Follow all safety and cleaning protocols
