Job Requirements
- Ability to follow direction from the Director of Housekeeping
- perform daily cleaning of resident rooms and public areas
- experience with or ability to learn floor care, carpet cleaning, and equipment sanitation
- transport and deliver linens as needed
- follow company policies and state, federal, and local regulations
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- physically able to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
- flexibility with scheduling
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a long-term care facility preferred
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Complete daily cleaning routines in residential rooms, hallways, dining areas, lobbies, sitting areas, and offices
- buff and wax floors, vacuum, and shampoo various types of carpeting
- clean wheelchairs, med-carts, and other facility equipment
- transport and deliver linens throughout the facility
