Job Duties
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans in a timely manner
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and prep tables
- Follow proper food handling practices to prevent cross-contamination and maintain sanitary conditions in the kitchen
- Empty and dispose of all waste properly
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors, as well as maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist kitchen team with various tasks, such as cleaning and organizing storage areas and other duties as assigned
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the kitchen manager immediately
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
