Job Requirements
- Must enjoy working with and establish a good rapport with all ages
- Must be able to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and outside contacts
- Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, customers, visitors, vendors, and the general public
- Willingness to work beyond normal working hours and in other positions temporarily with approval
- Good time management skills with the ability to understand sense of urgency
- Availability for evening shifts and weekend work

Job Duties
- Interact frequently with customers to contribute to a great customer experience
- Drive manual transmission vehicles competently
- Meet company production and quality standards
- Wash, park, fuel, road test, retrieve and stage customer vehicles for service
- Clean the service drive and shop using methods like sweeping, mopping, and floor scrubber
- Remove trash, parts, debris, and move objects up to 45 pounds as directed
- Use company parts van to pick up or retrieve parts from dealers to expedite repairs
