This role is classified as non-exempt, implying that it is an hourly position with eligibility for overtime pay. Job Requirements

  • Must provide valid driver license
  • must be able to lift over 30 pounds
  • bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl occasionally during visits to field and operational work areas
  • wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all designated times
  • able to perform physically demanding work
  • ability to work in extreme outdoor weather
  • comply with safety practices
  • able to identify unsafe equipment and report to supervisor
  • capable of operating basic hand and power tools

Job Qualifications

  • Valid driver license
  • ability to lift over 30 pounds

  • good communication skills
  • ability to monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Complete tasks assigned by the shop manager
  • arrange products on display shelves
  • organize the shop
  • detail fusion equipment
  • perform housekeeping duties
  • operate basic hand tools and power hand tools
  • wash work areas, machines, equipment, vehicles, or products
  • help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill such as supplying or holding materials or tools
  • clean and lubricate equipment
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • perform physically demanding work
  • communicate and organize effectively
  • monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in serviced areas
  • keep track of equipment ensuring it is in the proper location
  • ensure compliance with safety practices
  • identify unsafe equipment and report issues
  • paint equipment when old parts are faded or chipped
