Job Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Willingness to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required
- Ability to work in various physical conditions including outdoors in different weather elements
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, perform repetitive hand movements
- Understanding of federal, state and local regulations governing the company’s business
- Willingness to uphold company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies

Job Duties
- Assist both the sales and service departments in maintaining the new and used car lots
- Transport vehicles to appropriate departments for service and inventory control
- Park vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of sales marketing
- Add and maintain key tags and window stickers on all lot vehicles
- Drive vehicles to other dealerships for dealer swaps or to other vendors as requested
- Pick-up or deliver customers using dealership vehicles
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors and uphold company policies
