Job Duties

maintain kitchen and equipment in a sanitary manner acceptable to regulatory agencies
assist storeroom clerk with food and supplies
wash and sanitize dishes, trays, lids, bottoms, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils
remove trash from kitchen and cafeteria to designated locations
clean floors, walls, and ceilings as part of daily routine or assigned tasks
transport clean and soiled dishes and trays to and from sterile processing and materials management
