Job Duties
- General cleaning of common areas in assigned building
- General cleaning of perimeter of assigned building
- Removal of garbage and recyclables in compliance with DSNY rules and regulations
- Cleaning of compactor and garbage chute rooms
- Assist Senior Superintendent, Handyman and Porters as assigned
- Coordinate access for outside contractors as assigned
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
