Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or working toward completion
- Must be able to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects
- Previous experience with basic maintenance or property upkeep tasks such as janitorial, shoveling, mowing and basic landscaping desired
- Ethical conduct, integrity, and trust
- Adaptability through periods of change and growth
- Ability to multitask based on prioritization and time sensitivity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and possess excellent follow-through skills

Job Duties
- Responsible for general upkeep of the buildings and grounds of the property with curb appeal and resident satisfaction as top priority
- Perform janitorial work as required to maintain the cleanliness of the common areas of the property
- Assist maintenance technicians in the turnover of vacant apartments in an expeditious manner to avoid the loss of any rental income
- Responsible for the care and use of the property’s janitorial and maintenance supplies, performing a monthly inventory and making recommendations to the maintenance supervisor or community manager for the purchase of supplies and equipment
- Operate power equipment as required for yard maintenance work and cleaning of the interior and exterior of buildings
