Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a full shift required on-site at the property
- Must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- Must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins beyond normal full-time hours
- Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- Proficient in simple computer tasks
- One year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade preferred
- Experience in the student housing or multi-family industry preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure completion of daily checklists
- Maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- Maintain landscaping in good repair in between third-party service visits
- Clean and sweep swimming pools as required
- Arrange property furniture as directed
- Mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
- Ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
- Responsible for ensuring product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times
- Work a full shift on-site according to required schedule
