Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a full shift required work schedule on-site at the property
- must be available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- must be available to assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
- must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, as required by the demands of the job
- this may include bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday
Job Qualifications
- High school or equivalent education preferred
- proficient in simple computer tasks
- one year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
- experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
Job Duties
- Ensure completion of daily checklists
- maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- maintain landscaping in good repair in between third party service visits
- clean and sweep swimming pools as required
- arrange property furniture as directed
- mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
- ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
- responsible for ensuring product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times
