Job Requirements
- high school or equivalent education preferred
- proficient in simple computer tasks
- one year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade
- experience in the student housing or multi-family industry
- ability to work a full shift onsite
- availability for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- ensure completion of daily checklists
- maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- maintain landscaping in good repair in between 3rd party service visits
- clean and sweep swimming pools as required
- arrange property furniture as directed
- mop and vacuum daily in all areas required
- ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
- responsible for ensuring product presentation meet brand and company standards at all time
- work a full shift / required work schedule on-site at the property
- available for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary
- assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hours
- lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, including bending, stooping, and lifting throughout the workday
