Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures for cleaning and maintenance tasks
- physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and frequent exertion of up to 25 pounds
- proficiency in performing repetitive hand and arm motions
- ability to maintain balance and agility in dynamic environments
- fundamental understanding of written and spoken English for workplace communication
Job Duties
- Transport items between departments and assist with supply movement as needed
- maintain inventory of supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishment
- follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff
- provide excellent customer service by anticipating the needs of the production staff so they can accelerate their workflow
- safely load and unload items from delivery trucks or trailers
- operate and maintain trash compactor equipment
- organize and replenish supplies such as hangers, sensors, racks, carts, and bins
- communicate effectively with team members and adhere to store procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor
