Job Requirements
- high school or equivalent education preferred
- ability to work full shift on-site
- availability for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- ability to assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
Job Qualifications
- high school or equivalent education preferred
- proficient in simple computer tasks
- one year experience in maintenance or a skilled trade preferred
- experience in student housing or multi-family industry preferred
Job Duties
- ensure completion of daily checklists
- maintain exterior cleanliness and overall curb appeal for the property
- maintain landscaping in good repair between 3rd party service visits
- clean and sweep swimming pools as required
- arrange property furniture as directed
- mop and vacuum daily in all required areas
- ensure all amenity areas stay clean and presentable throughout the day
- ensure product presentation meets brand and company standards at all times
