Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to walk, bend and stand for periods of time
- Physical capability to lift objects with some assistance
- Availability for evening and night shifts
- Weekend availability
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams ball return calls and other malfunctions during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Walk bend stand for extended periods and occasionally lift objects with assistance
- Ensure guest satisfaction through timely and effective support
- Collaborate with team members to maintain operation flow
