Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- complete daily classroom laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and returning items to classrooms
- sanitize high-touch surfaces in accordance with health and safety guidelines
- set up and break down rooms for meetings, events, or classroom activities as needed
- assist with light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, minor repairs, restocking supplies)
- monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns to leadership
- maintain outdoor areas including playgrounds, walkways, and entrances
- support staff with operational needs as requested
- follow all school policies, licensing regulations, and safety procedures
- assist the School Chef as needed, including food service setup, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and food service areas
