Job Requirements
- 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
- eligible to work in the United States
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Complete daily maintenance of parking lots, trash areas, dog waste stations, and outdoor spaces
- clean and maintain interior common areas, including hallways, stairwells, offices, and property amenities
- clean units after residents move out
- maintain inventory of cleaning materials
- perform landscaping such as weekly grass cutting, weed whacking, pruning, branch maintenance, rock bed maintenance, mulching, and weeding from March through October
- snow removal and salting as needed, including clearing sidewalks, staircases, parking spots, driveways, and entrances
- perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, removing trash from unit turns, changing mailbox locks, and handling small turnover items
- complete other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
