Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous custodial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and sanitation best practices
- reliable and self-motivated
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Perform housekeeping and cleaning tasks as directed by the facilities manager or supervisor
- maintain cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas including restrooms, storage areas, walkways, and common spaces
- ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and maintained with proper supplies
- support general maintenance and minor repair tasks as needed
- maintain appropriate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- respond promptly to guest or staff requests regarding cleanliness or safety concerns
- adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
- monitor facility conditions and report any issues or hazards to management
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
