Job Qualifications

- reliability and integrity in handling property keys
- ability to perform physical work including outdoor maintenance
- good communication skills for resident interaction
- basic knowledge of safety procedures
- prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
Job Duties
- clean apartments after move-out and prepare them for new residents
- remove all trash from grounds daily
- sweep sidewalks and driveways regularly
- water trees and trim grass and shrubs
- support maintenance team with make-readies and assist housekeeping when necessary
- replenish bathroom supplies
- replace light bulbs
- distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary
- assist in keeping the maintenance shop clean
- ensure security of the property at all times
- keep all keys in personal possession and refuse to hand keys to unauthorized persons
