Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of related experience in Porter or building cleaning roles
- ability to lift heavy weights of 50 pounds or more
- willing to work weekends and overnight shifts
- availability for overtime
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
