Job Requirements
- 1-3 years in related position, experience in sanitation required
- Completion of SQF paperwork for assigned duties
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to work in cold/freezer environments
Job Qualifications
- Ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Ability to work for short periods in cooler and freezer environments
- Experience with lifting, carrying, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling for long periods
- Effective communication skills
- Minimum 1-year related experience
- Ability to follow and improve detailed cleaning procedures
- Experience working with cleaning chemicals daily
- Ability to operate sanitation equipment such as mops, brooms, and vacuums
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of entire facility
- Empty and clean garbage bins
- Clean kitchen, bathrooms, equipment, walls, and stairs
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- Work with all departments to ensure a safe, clean working environment
- Follow HACCP and GMP requirements
- Work efficiently in a timely manner
- Prioritize safety at all times
- Assist other departments as needed
