Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • Automotive experience preferred
  • Clear close vision required
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Pulling/pushing, carrying
  • Walking 5 plus hours
  • Sitting
  • Standing 5 plus hours
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW Operating Way plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
