- prior experience in housekeeping, landscaping, or painting preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed
- clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed
- empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas
- pick up garbage around the property daily
- assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders
