Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to multitask
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clear close vision required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to walk and stand for 5 or more hours
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 1 or more hours
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Willingness to work near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW Operating Way plan
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • Maintain daily housekeeping of production area including waste disposal, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • Maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly condition including snow removal
  • Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs
  • Clean customer vehicles inside and out after repairs
  • Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
