Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years in related position with sanitation experience
  • required to complete SQF paperwork for assigned duties
  • ability to work independently
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • ability to work in cold and freezer conditions

Job Qualifications

  • ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
  • ability to respond quickly to sounds
  • ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
  • ability to work for short periods in cooler and freezer environments
  • capable of lifting, carrying, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
  • effective communication skills
  • minimum 1-year related experience
  • ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and improve on existing ones
  • experience working with cleaning chemicals daily
  • ability to operate sanitation equipment such as mops, brooms, and vacuums

Job Duties

  • maintain cleanliness of entire facility
  • empty and clean garbage bins
  • clean kitchen, bathrooms, equipment, walls, and stairs
  • manage inventory of cleaning supplies
  • work with all departments to ensure a safe and clean working environment
  • follow HACCP and GMP requirements
  • work efficiently in a timely manner
  • prioritize safety at all times
  • assist in other departments as needed
