Job Requirements
- 1-3 years in related position with sanitation experience
- required to complete SQF paperwork for assigned duties
- ability to work independently
- ability to follow safety protocols
- ability to work in cold and freezer conditions
Job Qualifications
- ability to lift 20-50 pounds regularly
- ability to respond quickly to sounds
- ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- ability to work for short periods in cooler and freezer environments
- capable of lifting, carrying, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- minimum 1-year related experience
- ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and improve on existing ones
- experience working with cleaning chemicals daily
- ability to operate sanitation equipment such as mops, brooms, and vacuums
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of entire facility
- empty and clean garbage bins
- clean kitchen, bathrooms, equipment, walls, and stairs
- manage inventory of cleaning supplies
- work with all departments to ensure a safe and clean working environment
- follow HACCP and GMP requirements
- work efficiently in a timely manner
- prioritize safety at all times
- assist in other departments as needed
