Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Capability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and moving vehicles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependability and a good work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and procedures
- Ability to operate dealership vehicles safely
- Familiarity with dealership operational standards
- Basic understanding of vehicle inventory management
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Detail vehicles exterior and interior using cleaning solution, water, cloths and brushes
- Shuttles customers to and from destination requested when their vehicle is in for service
- Maintains new and used vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles
- Places vehicle stock documentation in vehicles as requested
- Keeps new and used inventory lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the Service Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Maintains facility, empties trash cans, tidying service bays, cleans driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary
- Fuels new and used vehicle deliveries as directed by General Manager or Service Manager
- Other related duties as assigned
