Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California Driver's License subject to DMV checks
- Ability to grasp, lift, and carry luggage and packages up to 75 pounds
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and learn quickly
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, kneeling, walking, running during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year hospitality experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to follow emergency procedures
- Valid California Driver's License
- Experience in cash handling is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and sincerely
- Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests
- Issue parking passes and monitor hotel parking areas for security
- Escort guests and transport luggage efficiently using claim tickets and luggage tags
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest service areas including lobby, parking, and luggage storage
- Deliver messages and items such as valet, laundry, and ironing boards to guest rooms
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel events and local attractions
