Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance
- willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- strong attention to detail
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, laundry room, locker rooms and other work areas
- sweeps, scrubs, mops, waxes, and polishes floors and stairways
- dusts furniture and equipment, vacuum carpets
- polishes metalwork, cleans tiles and saddles
- washes wall and woodwork
- washes windows, door panels, and sills
- empties wastebaskets
- clean vacant apartments as required
- check compactor, remove full compactor garbage bags and put out for pick up per schedule
- sweep, mop and disinfect compactor room
- replenishes bathroom supplies
- replaces light bulbs
- clean garage, basement area and grounds
- shovels snow and clears walkways in winter
- transports small equipment or tools between departments
- perform other duties as assigned or needed
