- basic inventory management skills
Job Duties
- Set up and break down banquet rooms, VIP areas, beverage stations, and non-banquet spaces used for events
- prepare tables, service ware, and food/beverage drop-off areas for pre- and post-game meals
- maintain coffee stations, beverage equipment, and press lounge areas
- monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout events
- follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
- assist with inventory, requisitions, and delivery of linens, beverages, disposables, and consumables
- support servers, bartenders, and hosts during events as needed
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
