Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • valid driver’s license
  • clear, close vision required
  • able to pull, push, and carry
  • able to walk 5+ hours
  • able to sit 5+ hours
  • able to stand 5+ hours
  • able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for 1+ hour
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts

Job Duties

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • maintain daily housekeeping of office interior including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas
  • maintain daily housekeeping of production area including disposing of waste, sweeping floors, removing unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment
  • maintain parking lots and grounds in neat and orderly fashion including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
  • pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs begin
  • perform exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
  • transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs
