Job Requirements
- ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- ability to work in all weather conditions
- ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- ability to pass a background check covering the past 7 years

Job Duties
- pick up grounds every morning before leasing office opens
- remove all trash, pet waste, and debris from walkways, parking lots, and common areas
- clear trash bins and dumpster enclosures of trash, debris, and furniture
- remove graffiti immediately
- check for health and safety hazards
- perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing ladders, reaching, carrying objects, and crawling in confined spaces
- work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
