Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience in a related role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- physical capability to lift and move heavy objects
- willingness to wear uniform and adhere to grooming standards

Job Duties
- Report to your work area on time and in uniform
- locate and gather all necessary items to perform the tasks ahead such as radio with earpiece and BEO packet
- carry out specific instructions given by your supervisor, manager, or crew leader
- move and set up equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, ensuring safety of members, guests, and employees and protection of Club property
- set function rooms per the BEO, Change Sheet, or verbal request with proper table placement and chair alignment
- properly store and maintain equipment
- ensure cleanliness of function rooms and equipment from ceiling to floor
- vacuum carpets before and after each function and spot clean
- clean baseboards and window sills
- ensure drapes and sheers are neat and pulled back
- verify that all light bulbs and wall sconces are working and clean
- maintain credenzas and furniture cleanliness and condition
- polish and wipe chairs
- wipe down walls, doors, switches, and outlets
- report any damage or dirty areas immediately to manager or supervisor
- keep all hallways, corridors, pre-function areas, and storage areas clean and orderly daily
- perform tasks outside immediate duties when requested, involving a manager if unable
- complete all function setups on time at least two hours before start
- keep storerooms clean and organized
- proactively set function rooms ahead of time using available equipment and fixtures before pulling from storage
