Job Duties
- demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork
- maintain a safe, tidy and sanitary clubhouse, office, model, and common areas
- ensure property is free of trash, debris and animal waste
- maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas and prepare for trash pick-up
- maintain grass and landscaping including watering flowers
- ensure apartments are clean and well-presented prior to move-in
- report maintenance needs such as carpet, linoleum, window or door repairs
- assist with apartment turnovers
- communicate maintenance or curb appeal issues to supervisors
- respond appropriately to emergencies
- attend required training sessions
- comply with all policies and procedures
- contribute to resident satisfaction
- participate in Cardinal U training
