Job Requirements
- frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
- occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- specific vision abilities required including close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
- required to stand, walk, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and smell
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a service or customer assistance role is an advantage
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- familiarity with truck service operations is a plus
- physical ability to perform job duties
Job Duties
- assist in writing up customer equipment requiring repairs in the truck service department
- assist customers with needs on company property including transportation
- maintain a professional and clean work environment in customer and service areas
- ensure regular onsite attendance
- perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
