Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in maintenance, custodial, or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of public and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas including bathrooms, gym, and all common areas such as simulators, offices, and lobby
- Remove trash, litter, and laundry from rooms, offices, common areas, kitchens, restrooms, grounds and receptacles including garbage, cardboard, recyclable, laundry, member clothing, and towels
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs such as replacing light bulbs, air filters, blinds, shades and other items as directed
- Repair doors, windows, sink fixtures and inspect areas for unsafe conditions
- Report maintenance issues and communicate with management to ensure proper upkeep
- Support team operations by assisting other staff as needed
