Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Capability to lift objects with assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions

Job Duties
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom - inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
- Support teamwork by communicating effectively with coworkers and management
- Ensure all guest areas are fully stocked and organized
