Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to successfully complete motor vehicle report, background check, and drug screening
- Experience in a customer service or automotive environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be energetic and self-motivated
- Must be career-minded
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle report (MVR), background, and drug screen
- Proven experience driving exceptional customer experience in a high-volume retail or automotive environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic and customer-focused attitude
- Self-motivated and career-minded
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Move and park customer and dealer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lot and dealer areas
- Assist technicians and service advisors by transporting vehicles to and from service bays
- Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Support the service department’s daily operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles to check for any visible damage or issues
- Report any vehicle discrepancies or concerns to management promptly
