Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver's license
- ability to complete motor vehicle report screening
- ability to pass background check
- ability to pass drug screening
- physical capability to move and manage vehicles
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- must have a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete motor vehicle report, background and drug screen
- track record of driving exceptional customer experience in a high-volume retail environment
- detail oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- move vehicles safely within service lot and facility
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service area
- assist service technicians with vehicle preparation
- greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out
- manage vehicle flow during peak service times
- check fluid levels and tire pressures as needed
- support general service department tasks as assigned
