Job Requirements
- A valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to work full-time hours (32 hours or more)

- Ability to audit parking areas and enforce regulations
Job Duties
- Ensure all parking equipment is functioning properly and perform necessary maintenance when needed
- Ensure all tickets, receipts, and other supplies are stocked properly at each location
- Inspect cleanliness of all parking equipment
- Ensure all signage is in working order (clean on weekly basis or as needed)
- Ensure janitorial duties including but not limited to trash pickup, sweeping, graffiti removal, and other cleaning related items are done daily
- Complete daily maintenance and cleaning checklist
- Audit each designated parking lot/garage and check for violations
- Issue citations to violators and follow detailed citation issuance protocol
- Nicely ask individuals to leave the garage when necessary, treating them with respect and kindness, and call authorities if needed
- Greet every customer with a warm and friendly greeting
- Offer assistance to customers who appear to need help
- Maintain professionalism and establish positive rapport with clients and team members
- Report any issues related to customer or client experience immediately to management
- Travel between multiple locations using own transportation
- Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility
