Job Requirements
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred but willing to train
- Ability to follow instructions and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Dependability and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work scheduled shifts including weekends
- Good physical stamina and mobility
- Respectful and courteous demeanor towards residents and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact courteously with residents and associates
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of safe cleaning practices and equipment handling
- Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Job Duties
- Clean all common areas according to standards and practices including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- Clean other flat surfaces as scheduled or requested by the supervisor
- Wipe counters and mop kitchen floors in breakrooms
- Vacuum all exposed areas completely including edges
- Wash and buff floors
- Empty and rinse wastebaskets as necessary
- Wash inside of windows as needed
- Clean apartment and health center discharge rooms
